Ignacy Łątka 963ba9537f docs(screen-recording): feasibility of server-side recording
Investigates moving screen capture off the host-side ffmpeg pipeline and
onto simulator-server's own `recording` feature (Video Start/Save/Stop),
per the "is it feasible to record + save on the sim-server side?" question.

Finding: technically feasible and verified end-to-end (a recording-enabled
simulator-server records the full session to h264 mp4 and bakes in the
touch-pointer overlay for free), but not a good trade today. The server-side
API is a byte-capped replay buffer ("save the last N seconds"), not a
start->stop session recorder; adopting it would regress the watermark and
static-trim features and depends on a `recording`-enabled simulator-server
binary argent does not currently ship. Documents the evidence, the
regressions, and the conditions under which it would be worth revisiting -
and deliberately does not perform the rework.
