Ignacy Łątka fbe4a94b97 fix: guard against pid=0 and include system env in launchd plist ...

- Throw if getDaemonPid() can't determine the PID instead of storing 0
  (process.kill(0, 0) signals the caller's process group, not the daemon)
- Forward essential system env vars (PATH, HOME, etc.) into the plist
  so the tool-server can find binaries like xcrun
