## Summary
- Bump all 11 workspace packages from `0.8.1` → `0.9.0` (`package.json`
+ `package-lock.json`)
- Includes `@argent/update-core`, which was added since the last bump
(#267)
- `@argent/ui` left at `0.0.1` (independent versioning)

## Notes
- Ran `npm install` to update `package-lock.json` — resolved cleanly
- Ran `npm run format` (prettier) — no files needed reformatting
- No `lint` script / eslint config exists in this repo, so there was
nothing to lint

## Test plan
- [ ] Verify `npm install` resolves cleanly
- [ ] Verify `argent --version` reports `0.9.0`
