Nothing in the repo covered `android-devtools-client.ts` at all, so reverting
`method === "getHierarchy" || method === "setText"` to the single-method ternary
left every keyboard suite green — a one-token edit that reads as tidying and
reintroduces a doubled write: a host that gives up at 5s reports "fall back",
the injected clear runs, and the accessibility `ACTION_SET_TEXT` it stopped
waiting for can still land in the middle of it.
The test drives the real client over a real socket that never answers, and reads
the budget out of the timeout it raises.
