Sahil Lavingia bf2df87bca Remove marketplace.json — install directly as a plugin ...

The marketplace.json was unnecessary and had an invalid schema,
requiring users to add a marketplace before installing. This repo
is a single plugin and should be installed directly with:

  /plugin install slavingia/skills
