# Pull Request Description The installed-candidate preview previously exercised only Linux, leaving emitted PowerShell commands unexecuted. Add an isolated Windows Server 2025 / Node 22 runner and require its receipt alongside Linux. Exercise the actual packed installer through the emitted PowerShell command, including an apostrophe/space destination, payload integrity, repeat/prune behavior, unmanaged-file preservation, release identity mismatch and junction rejection. Windows uses real Git against a local candidate release fixture; npm publication resolution remains explicitly simulated. No release or real host configuration change.
