- add requestfailed/response>=400 listeners and screenshot to the canonical template
- new Interpreting Failures section: ERR_ABORTED false positives, cross-checking,
  second-run confirmation, headless/dev noise
- legitimize fixed pause for log-collection; document goto vs router-link navigation
- dynamic port note in decision tree; accessible-name clicks; i18n and real-backend caveats
- new examples/console_audit.py: multi-page audit with dedup and late-binding trap
