secondsky 4dc0cf3d91 fix: Add missing name fields and correct command naming format ...

Fixed 9 command files that were missed in initial naming standardization:
- Added name fields to 3 cloudflare-queues commands (queue-setup, queue-troubleshoot, queue-monitor)
- Corrected cloudflare-turnstile command from 'turnstile-setup' to 'cloudflare-turnstile:setup'
- Added complete YAML frontmatter to 4 multi-ai-consultant commands (consult-ai, consult-claude, consult-codex, consult-gemini)
- Added name field to feature-dev command

All 66 plugin commands now follow pluginname:commandname pattern.

Root cause: sed pattern matching failed when:
- Files had frontmatter but no name field (Queues)
- Files had different name value than expected (Turnstile)
- Files had no frontmatter at all (Multi-AI Consultant)

Fixes #36 (command naming standardization)
