secondsky bfdac85b72 chore: remove 17 more deprecated plugins (v3.4.0 batch 2) 
Removed plugins (156 → 139):
- ai: ai-sdk-core, ai-sdk-ui, claude-api, claude-agent-sdk, elevenlabs-agents,
  ai-elements-chatbot
- tooling: better-chatbot, better-chatbot-patterns, chrome-devtools, fastmcp,
  typescript-mcp, verification-before-completion
- security: access-control-rbac
- cms: content-collections
- database: database-schema-design, database-sharding
- data: sql-query-optimization

Changes:
- Removed 17 plugin directories from plugins/
- Regenerated .claude-plugin/marketplace.json (156 → 139 plugins)
- Updated counts/lists in CLAUDE.md, README.md, MARKETPLACE.md,
  PROJECT_STRUCTURE.md, docs/reference/SKILL_CATEGORIZATION.md
- Updated illustrative examples in docs/guides/MARKETPLACE_MANAGEMENT.md
  and docs/guides/PLUGIN_DEV_BEST_PRACTICES.md
- Cleaned cross-references in 11+ remaining plugin docs (design-review,
  systematic-debugging, zod, cloudflare-mcp-server, claude-code-bash-patterns,
  hono-routing, base-ui-react, tanstack-ai, inspira-ui, nuxt-content,
  shadcn-vue, mcp-dynamic-orchestrator, cloudflare-sandbox,
  seo-keyword-cluster-builder)
- Extended CHANGELOG.md v3.4.0 entry with Batch 2 details

Kept: code-review's local references/verification-before-completion.md
(it's bundled with code-review, not the removed plugin) and better-auth's
reference to the actual cgoinglove/better-chatbot GitHub project.

Cumulative removal today: 31 plugins (170 → 139).

secondsky bb77d9dc0b chore: Remove deprecated scripts and backup files 
- Delete 2 deprecated scripts (generate-plugin-manifests.sh, populate-keywords.sh)
- Delete utility script (count-npm-instances.sh) - npm→bun migration complete
- Delete backup files (*.bak, *.backup) - git provides version control
- Delete migration summary docs (MIGRATION_SUMMARY.md, migra.md)
- Savings: ~198KB

These files explicitly marked as deprecated or duplicated by git history.

secondsky c1afc6db8b refactor: Flatten plugin structure to fix skill discovery (v3.2.0) 
BREAKING CHANGE: All plugin paths changed from nested to flat structure

Problem:
- Only 11 out of 169 skills appeared in Claude Code's system prompt
- v3.1.0 updated marketplace.json but didn't migrate directory structure
- Mismatch: marketplace expected `./plugins/skill-name` but files were at
  `./plugins/category/skills/skill-name`

Solution:
- Moved all 169 skills from `plugins/*/skills/*` to `plugins/*` (flat)
- Removed 66 empty category directories (api, cloudflare, testing, etc.)
- Updated marketplace.json with correct flat paths (all 169 entries)
- Updated scripts to work with flat structure:
  - generate-marketplace.sh: removed nested loop logic
  - sync-plugins.sh: simplified to single loop
  - Added flatten-plugin-structure.sh migration tool

Migration Details:
- Used git mv to preserve history for all 169 skills
- Handled name collisions via temporary directories
- Validated: 0 errors, 169 skills successfully migrated

Results:
- ✅ All 169 skills at `plugins/*/` level
- ✅ marketplace.json: 169 valid entries
- ✅ No nested skills/ directories remain
- ✅ Scripts updated and tested

This completes the migration started in v3.1.0 (commit 677abf8) and
resolves skill discovery issues.
