Stefan Broenner 11c10d1ce1 Refactor FileCommands.CreateEmpty to bypass batch API (#205) (#206) ...

- Replace ExcelSession.CreateNew() with direct COM automation
- Add CreateNewWorkbookOnStaThread() for lightweight file creation
- Remove session overhead and metadata comment injection
- Improve performance by avoiding batch API for simple operations
- Remove unused ExcelSession import

Fixes #205
