Stefan Broenner c5f6375bdd feat(datamodel): improve LLM guidance and reduce timeout to 2 minutes (#305 )

- Add DESTRUCTIVE OPERATIONS WARNING to tool description
- Add recovery guidance (use update-measure, not delete-table)
- Create excel_datamodel.md troubleshooting prompt file
- Reduce operation timeout from 5 minutes to 2 minutes

Closes #003-datamodel-llm-guidance
