- Replace copy-to-workbook and move-to-workbook with copy-to-file and move-to-file
- Remove unused targetSessionId parameter from worksheet tool
- Fix sheet positioning bug when copying with beforeSheet/afterSheet
- Add excel_worksheet.md prompt file for LLM cross-file operation guidance
- Add ExcelWorksheetPrompts.cs to register the prompt
- Update all documentation and comments to reflect new operation names
