Use Realmroot only for human and machine authentication, authorize AMA through the browser user's multi-resource grant, and restore AK-managed Ed25519 Agent sessions.
Preserve Better Auth source tables while removing the mistaken Realmroot Agent binding and machine M2M paths.
BREAKING CHANGE: AK no longer accepts Realmroot Agent tokens or AMA machine credentials; active browser users must sign in again to authorize the AMA resource.
Replace Better Auth user, machine, and agent authentication with Realmroot native flows, migrate tenant ownership, and route AMA access through the cutover adapter. Preserve this deployed migration state as the baseline for the narrower user-auth-only redesign.
Detect supported leader runtimes by environment marker and require a matching live ancestor process plus session identity. Keep leader resources immutable while separating leader runtimes from AMA-backed worker runtimes.
Update landing page, README, meta tags, OG image, and design doc to
list GitHub Copilot CLI and Hermes (via the generic ACP provider)
alongside Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI.

ak claude/codex/gemini wrappers were removed — leader agents now
auto-register on first `ak` CLI call from any runtime. Updated
Quick Start flow: config set → start → use runtime directly.
Reflects the current state of Agent Kanban: updated setup flow
(ak config set → ak start), full CLI command tree, agent usernames,
GPG signing with WKD discovery, board sharing with badge embed,
scheduled tasks, agent kinds/skills/handoff, GitHub OAuth, and admin panel.

Add Prerequisites section (gh CLI + agent runtime). Remove machine identity
from task assign route — assign is leader-only. Fix tests to use leader JWT.

Make agent runtime a required field across the full stack — DB, API,
shared types, CLI, and frontend. Define AgentRuntime enum ("claude" |
"codex" | "gemini") as single source of truth with labels. Remove
defaultProvider from daemon since runtime is now per-agent. Enrich
ak start/stop/status output with structured daemon state.
