Moved to saltbo/saltbo repo where it now watches the whole CF account
(agent-kanban + other workers) and attributes trips to a specific
scriptName / databaseId. Keeping a duplicate here would double-alert.
Polls CF GraphQL Analytics every 10 minutes. Opens a GitHub issue
when daily usage crosses configurable thresholds for Worker
requests, D1 row reads, DO requests, or DO active duration.
Script exits 0 (ok) / 1 (tripped) / 2 (query failure). The optional
auto-disable step only fires on exit=1, so query failures can never
take the site offline on their own.
Unify the app into a single Worker deployment:
- Move functions/api/ → server/, add worker/index.ts entry point
- Merge relay-worker DO (TunnelRelay) into the main worker
- Replace Pages Functions with @cloudflare/vite-plugin build
- Integrate share SSR (OG meta injection) into Hono routes
- Remove dayjs dep from shared (native Date suffices)
- Simplify dev to single `vite dev`, deploy via CF Git integration
- Delete packages/relay-worker/ and Pages-specific _routes.json
- Add CI workflow: build, type check, test with coverage on PRs and master
- Configure vitest coverage (v8 provider) scoped to source directories
- PR coverage report via vitest-coverage-report-action
- Coverage badge via GitHub Pages (no external services needed)
- Update CLAUDE.md with post-write workflow and testing conventions

- Add pages_build_output_dir so wrangler reads [vars] and d1_databases
- BETTER_AUTH_URL set to primary domain ak.tftt.cc
- TRUSTED_ORIGINS includes both ak.tftt.cc and pages.dev
- Preview env has separate config
- CI deploy drops --project-name, lets wrangler read config from wrangler.toml
- Remove root wrangler.jsonc that was hijacking config detection
