Move internal upstream integration code to generic Agency names, consume @realmroot/enbor-sdk 0.3.0, expose Enbor public errors and Runner UI, and migrate active integration state without compatibility readers. Replace the v1 Agent/Machine runtime and CLI architecture with the v2 Resource Server, AMA-backed projections, task lifecycle, session observation, BDD specifications, and a single-package layered codebase.
