Rebased #3270 onto the live 0.5.0 gateway (was based on 0.4.0; prod moved to 0.5.0 via the channels/seraphina PRs). Scoped to the root `GET /` service-info JSON — the "x.ruv.io metadata" rUv asked to make self-explaining — since 0.5.0 already taught the registry resource + docs about channels (#3263). - server.mjs `GET /`: add tagline/description/model/quickstart/channels{public, private,isolation}/invites/cli/docs (additive — canonicalRelay, gatewayPubkey, relay, authNote, resources all preserved for NIP-42). 0.5.0 -> 0.5.1. - gateway.test.mjs: assert the new discovery metadata + canonicalRelay/resources preserved; version 0.5.1. 16/16 pass. - CLI syntax matches the shipped surface (federation channel --action create/grant, federation invite --uses --ttl). Honest ADR-386 boundary stated (private channels isolate content, not membership). Co-Authored-By: RuFlo <ruv@ruv.net>
