Reuven 04d6a9a0ad feat: implement all feature gaps, zero TS errors, 58 tests v3.5.59 ...

Performance tools (real implementations replacing stubs):
- performance_bottleneck: real CPU/memory/disk-IO detection with severity
- performance_profile: real V8 profiling with cpuUsage/memoryUsage snapshots
- performance_optimize: real optimization with GC, cache clear, recommendations

Neural tools (real implementations replacing stubs):
- neural_compress: Int8 quantization (3.92x), pruning, distillation
- neural_optimize: dedup, quantize, prune by target (speed/memory/accuracy)

MCP request tracking:
- New request-tracker.ts module (zero-dep counter singleton)
- Wired into mcp-server.ts tools/call handler
- system_metrics reads live request counts from same-process tracker

AgentDB integration (backward compat):
- hive-mind_consensus: stores resolved proposals in AgentDB
- hive-mind_memory: stores shared memory in AgentDB
- daa_agent_create: stores agents in AgentDB registry
- daa_workflow_execute: stores workflow state in AgentDB

Build fixes (zero TS errors for first time):
- Added type declarations for 7 optional packages
- Fixed unknown[] types in embeddings.ts hyperbolic operations
- Fixed embeddingModel property type in memory-bridge.ts

Tests: 58 passing (28 honesty + 30 feature gap)
