ruv 6198abfab7 fix(plugins): reconcile stale smoke contract assertions across 23 plugins 
full-system-test surfaced 23/32 plugin smoke contracts failing on a
single drifted assertion: the smoke gate greps ADR-0001 for
`status: Proposed`, but those ADRs were long since promoted to
`Accepted` without updating the gate. Flip the assertion (label, grep,
message) Proposed -> Accepted only where the ADR is genuinely Accepted.

ruflo-core additionally had a stale version assertion (0.2.0 -> 0.2.2).

Left untouched: ruflo-adr, ruflo-browser, ruflo-intelligence — their
ADR-0001 is genuinely Proposed, so their smokes correctly assert it.
No plugin source or ADR changed — only the drifted test assertions.

All 32 plugin smoke contracts now pass; full-system-test is 4/4 green.

Reuven 312f599430 feat(ruflo-jujutsu): v0.2.0 — adopt plugin contract (ADR-0001, ADR-compliance integration, smoke) 
6 analyze_* MCP tools (analyze_diff, analyze_diff-risk, analyze_diff-classify,
analyze_diff-reviewers, analyze_file-risk, analyze_diff-stats) already
correctly referenced. The contract pieces were missing.

Notable: this plugin is the diff-analysis substrate that ruflo-adr's
/adr check command runs on. ADR-0001 makes that integration contractual:
1. /adr check calls analyze_diff for structured diff
2. analyze_diff-classify determines change type
3. cross-reference adr-patterns namespace for related ADRs
4. flag violations against accepted ADRs

- ADR-0001 (Proposed) at docs/adrs/0001-jujutsu-contract.md
- README adds 6-tool MCP surface table, Compatibility (pin v3.6),
  ADR-compliance integration block (ruflo-adr /adr check pipeline),
  Namespace coordination (claims git-patterns, defers to ruflo-agentdb
  ADR-0001), Verification + Architecture Decisions
- plugin.json bumps 0.1.0 → 0.2.0; description enumerates the 6 tools;
  keywords add mcp, change-classification, reviewer-recommendation
- scripts/smoke.sh — 10 structural checks: version + keywords, all 6
  analyze_* tools referenced, both skills with frontmatter, agent +
  command present, v3.6 pin, namespace coordination, ADR-compliance
  cross-reference, git-patterns claimed, ADR Proposed, no wildcard tools

Verification: bash plugins/ruflo-jujutsu/scripts/smoke.sh → 10/10
