* chore: update flash skill to v1.7.0 Endpoint API

Replace deprecated @remote/LiveServerless patterns with the unified
Endpoint class. Adds CLI reference, GPU/CPU type tables, setup section,
and common patterns. Trimmed from 494 to 256 lines.

* fix: correct fabricated CLI commands and add missing constructor param

- Replace made-up `flash deploy new/send/list/info/delete` with actual
  `flash deploy --env`, `flash env list/create/get/delete` commands
- Add `flash deploy --preview` for local Docker preview
- Add `execution_timeout_ms` to Endpoint constructor

* chore: address review feedback on flash skill

- Fix ADA_80_PRO VRAM to 80-94GB (H100 NVL is 94GB)
- Add flash deploy --app flag example
- Add gotcha #9: runsync 60s timeout vs cold starts

* fix: show H100 variants with actual VRAM per model
