patrick aa34f7fcb6 fix(php): inject -v so pint reports which rules fired ...

Pint only includes appliedFixers/fixers in its JSON output when run
verbosely. Without -v, rtk pint always reported "0 changes" even when
files needed reformatting, since the JSON contained file names but no
rule data. Verified with real Pint 1.29.3 against dirty fixtures.
