rhavekost 0421c7128b fix: address final-review minor findings in character-archetypes skill 
- Fix 1: Scope "Subversion patterns" reference to narrative-role taxonomy only in archetype-conformance.md (line 16)
- Fix 2: Clarify narrative-role conditional for "Subversion patterns" check in archetype-analyzer.md (line 13)
- Fix 3: Update personality field citation from "Voice tendencies" to "Voice/dialogue tendencies" in archetype-audit.md (line 19)
- Fix 4: Remove "design spec" internal reference from archetype-ensemble.md (line 17)
- Fix 5: Generalize "Voice notes:" to "Voice Notes field" in archetype-profile-template.md and SKILL.md (lines 3 and 71)
