* fix(archive): Improve cross-platform compatibility for Claude Code and Droid
- hooks.json: use shell fallback ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT:-${DROID_PLUGIN_ROOT}} so hook resolves correctly on both platforms
- load-memory.py: also check CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR env var with cwd() fallback
- Changed marketplace metadata version from 1.0.0 to 1.0.3
- Fixes 'Source path does not exist' error when installing plugins
- Forces Claude Code to refresh marketplace cache with correct paths
- Bumped version from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4
