Update the website dependency set before publishing Playwriter so the workspace starts from a clean tree.

- update @holocron.so/vite to 0.16.0
- update spiceflow RSC build to 1.26.0-rsc.1
- update wrangler and workerd through the lockfile
- allow workerd as an approved built dependency for pnpm
