Send the configured bearer token during the MCP remote relay health check so token-protected Docker and devcontainer connections can start successfully. Add an end-to-end MCP startup regression test against a token-protected relay. Update CLI help and remote access guides to require the host and token configuration with a 0.0.0.0 relay binding.
