Tommy D. Rossi 0557279947 fix CI: approve build scripts and update pnpm to v10 
- Add pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies for esbuild/sharp (need native builds)
- Add pnpm.ignoredBuiltDependencies for bufferutil/electron (skip builds)
- Update CI workflow to pnpm 10 to match local version
- Remove .npmrc (strict-builds setting wasn't picked up in CI)

Tommy D. Rossi 8ffaa9333b Add GitHub Sponsors funding option 
- Create .github/FUNDING.yml to enable Sponsor button in repo sidebar
- Add Support section to README with sponsor link
