Release script now zips the contents of dist-release/ instead of the folder
itself, so unzipping produces the extension files at the top level. Zip is
named playwriter-VERSION.zip (e.g. playwriter-0.0.94.zip) instead of
extension.zip. Updated AGENTS.md instructions to match.

Update vite in root and extension packages from ^8.0.3 to ^8.0.12.
Lockfile reflects all transitive dependency updates from this session:
goke 6.12.1, @holocron.so/vite 0.8.0, dompurify 3.4.3, katex 0.16.46,
and various @csstools patches.
Add a root release guard that fetches the latest published `playwriter` version from npm and compares it against the local workspace CLI version before packaging the extension.
If the local CLI is newer, the release exits early with `extension must be released with matching cli version released`, preventing a Chrome Web Store upload that depends on an unpublished relay/CLI version.
pnpm v10 reads onlyBuiltDependencies from pnpm-workspace.yaml, not
package.json. This was why CI kept failing with ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS
despite the config being set.

pnpm v10 errors (exit code 1) when packages have build scripts that
aren't explicitly approved. Adding bufferutil, esbuild, and sharp to
onlyBuiltDependencies makes pnpm build those and silently warn about
electron (playwright submodule devDep, not needed in CI).
- Add pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies for esbuild/sharp (need native builds)
- Add pnpm.ignoredBuiltDependencies for bufferutil/electron (skip builds)
- Update CI workflow to pnpm 10 to match local version
- Remove .npmrc (strict-builds setting wasn't picked up in CI)
