Passing the raw URI as `host` to dockerode left docker-modem with `host = "ssh://user@remote-host"`, which ssh2 then tried to DNS-resolve, failing with `getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND` (or `Invalid username` if no user was configured elsewhere). Parse the URI and pass `host`, `username`, `port`, and `sshOptions.agent` separately — matching what docker-modem does internally when it parses `DOCKER_HOST` itself. Adds an end-to-end test that asserts on the constructed Docker client's modem state (`docker.modem.host === "remote-host"`), reproducing the bug without mocking dockerode.
