DimoHG ff52dbb4cc feat(cursor): restructure plugin for marketplace submission ...

Cursor resolves plugin directories using pluginRoot + source from
marketplace.json. Update marketplace.json to set pluginRoot: "skills"
and source: "redis-development" so the plugin resolves to
skills/redis-development/.

Move the per-plugin manifest from plugins/redis-development/ to
skills/redis-development/ (the resolved plugin directory), fix the
author field to use email instead of url, remove stale skills/rules
path overrides so Cursor uses auto-discovery, and add the logo field.

Move the logo into skills/redis-development/assets/ because Cursor
resolves relative logo paths from the plugin directory and forbids
.. in paths.

Remove the redundant root .cursor-plugin/plugin.json which is not
needed when marketplace.json is present.
