Valentin Kirilov 1e9ac8c5ad chore: keep the Redis logo central; reference it only from eval reports ...

The earlier 'retire legacy redis-development' commit dropped the Redis
logo at skills/redis-development/assets/logo.png. Two consumers needed
it:

  - packages/redis-development-build/src/eval/aggregate.ts loads it
    at HTML report render time and embeds it as base64.
  - The legacy redis-development Cursor plugin manifest referenced
    it via "logo": "assets/logo.png".

Restores the binary at assets/redis-logo.png at the repo root as a
single source of truth, and updates aggregate.ts to read from that
central path instead of skills/<skill>/assets/logo.png. Eval HTML
reports are branded again.

Deliberately does NOT add per-skill logo files or .cursor-plugin
"logo" fields. The logo is repo-level branding, not skill content —
it belongs in plugin manifests or eval reports, not in SKILL.md or
inside each skill's bundle. Cursor plugins render without a per-plugin
logo, matching the simpler post-migration shape of the bundle.

Net result: npm run validate reports 0 errors / 0 warnings across all
eight skills.
