Sidney Swift 25fc39401d fix(marketplace): drop docs/research submodule that broke plugin updates (#63) ...

The repo shipped a git submodule (.gitmodules -> docs/research ->
recoupable/research). Claude Code's marketplace refresh/update runs submodule
git operations on it and fails, so `claude plugin marketplace update` and
`claude plugin update` error out ("marketplace.json no longer present" /
"Plugin not found") — blocking updates for every user of the marketplace.
Fresh installs (`marketplace add`) work; only updates choke.

The research wiki is internal and shouldn't ship in the public marketplace.
Unlink it (keep it as a local git-ignored dir for dev) and remove .gitmodules
so the marketplace clone has no submodule. Bump 2.0.2 -> 2.0.3 to ship it.
