Rebrand the copied release-workflow plugin to recoup-releases and resolve
all of its chained-skill references to real skills.
- recoup-releases: full rostrum→recoup rebrand (manifests, README, LICENSE,
skills, scripts, agents, hooks, fixtures).
- Rewire chained refs to existing skills: song-tiktok-velocity→recoup-tiktok-per-song,
brand-voice→recoup-brand-voice-caption, sync-licensing-monitor→recoup-song-sync-brief,
marketing-planner→recoup-release-start.
- Create two recoup-research skills (real /research/* endpoints, refuse to
fabricate): recoup-new-release-monitor (launch-day drop confirmation + alert)
and recoup-streaming-check (snapshot-diff spike/drop spot-check); rewire the
remaining release refs to these.
- Vendor endpoints.md + response-shapes.md into both new skills; bump
recoup-research 0.2.0→0.3.0 (3 manifests + both marketplace catalogs);
register recoup-releases v0.1.0 in both catalogs.
- Add build-time plugin-authoring reference docs under docs/.
