Add <Exercise> MDX component with starter/solution playground variants
generated from playgrounds/starter and playgrounds/solution, localStorage
reading progress with sidebar checkmarks and per-section counts, and an
article-end completion card with a was-this-helpful widget posting to
/api/feedback.
