Port the deterministic repo-map engine from przeprogramowani-edu (lib.mjs/scan.mjs verbatim, map title parametrized via config.repoLabel). Repo-specific config.mjs: modules = commands/lib/tests/skills, primary module src, generated code and bun.lock filtered as noise. Scripts: repo-map[:check], examples:catalog[:check]. Add madge + dependency-cruiser as devDependencies for the structure scan. Baseline pinned for the loops that follow: oxlint 5 warnings / 0 errors; bun test 454 pass / 8 fail (pre-existing, not to be touched by safe loops).
