- Use crypto.getRandomValues in coordination/types.ts generateMessageId()
- Add LGTM suppression for false positive XSS in webview (data is escaped)

Test fixes:
- Fix flaky visual-test-regression test by accepting all valid changeTypes
  The test expected ['text', 'mixed', 'layout'] but handler can return
  'color' or 'none' due to random diffPercentage in mock implementation
