🚨 Blockers & Issues
No blockers currently identified.
💡 Lessons Learned
- Parallel agent execution works well - Used swarm of agents to analyze and create journey tests concurrently
- Journey tests are more valuable - One well-designed journey test can replace multiple unit tests
- Duplicate analysis is critical - The baseagent-consolidation-plan.md analysis identified significant overlap
- Real database testing matters - Journey tests using SwarmMemoryManager with real SQLite provide better confidence
- Aggressive cleanup is effective - Systematic batch analysis (DELETE/KEEP criteria) enables rapid, confident decisions
- Phase files become obsolete - Phase 1/2/3 tests were superseded by journey tests and can be safely deleted
- Implementation detail tests are low-value - Tests that mock core dependencies provide false confidence
- 60% reduction is achievable - With clear criteria (user value vs implementation details), massive reduction is possible
