Profa 5df96b4d84 fix(ci): add postinstall for v3 deps and missing CI scripts ...

- Add postinstall script to auto-install v3 dependencies
- Add test:mcp and test:mcp:integration scripts for CI
- Add mcp:validate and mcp:report placeholder scripts
- Create scripts/test-dashboard.js for CI metrics

Fixes CI failures caused by v3 dependencies not being installed
when npm ci runs at root level.
