Profa 02eaa0243e feat: RVF binary brain export with native @ruvector/rvf-node integration 
Implement proper RVF format for brain export/import using the native
HNSW vector database, replacing JSONL directories with a single binary
.rvf container. Adds automatic brain checkpoint hooks for session
persistence and extends `aqe init` to install checkpoints in user projects.

- brain-rvf-exporter.ts: export/import brain data via embedKernel API
- rvf-native-adapter.ts: add embedKernel/extractKernel, fix bundle compat
- brain-commands.ts: unified format dispatch (rvf default, jsonl fallback)
- brain-handler.ts: RVF-specific CLI output and format options
- brain-checkpoint.cjs: session hook helper (verify on start, export on stop)
- 07-hooks.ts: install brain checkpoint hooks during aqe init
