AgentDB/QUIC Test Analysis - Phase 3 Features

Executive Summary

Status: ❌ Phase 3 Features NOT Implemented - Tests Expect Non-Existent Code

All 3 failing test files expect a AgentDBIntegration.ts module that does not exist in the codebase. The tests were written for Phase 3 prototype features that were either:
