Profa 4830e43662 feat: Merge AQE Fleet + Claude Flow into unified CLAUDE.md
✅ UNIFIED CONFIGURATION
- Merged CLAUDE.md (AQE Fleet) + CLAUDE.md.backup (Claude Flow)
- 72 total agents now available (18 QE + 54 Claude Flow)
- Both agent types can work together in coordinated workflows
- Preserved all critical concurrent execution rules

🤖 AGENT ECOSYSTEM
**AQE Fleet (18 agents):**
- Core Testing: qe-test-generator, qe-test-executor, qe-coverage-analyzer, qe-quality-gate, qe-quality-analyzer
- Performance & Security: qe-performance-tester, qe-security-scanner
- Strategic Planning: qe-requirements-validator, qe-production-intelligence, qe-fleet-commander
- Deployment: qe-deployment-readiness
- Advanced Testing: qe-regression-risk-analyzer, qe-test-data-architect, qe-api-contract-validator, qe-flaky-test-hunter
- Specialized: qe-visual-tester, qe-chaos-engineer

**Claude Flow (54 agents):**
- Core Development: coder, reviewer, tester, planner, researcher
- Swarm Coordination: hierarchical-coordinator, mesh-coordinator, adaptive-coordinator, etc.
- Consensus & Distributed: byzantine-coordinator, raft-manager, gossip-coordinator, etc.
- Performance & Optimization: perf-analyzer, performance-benchmarker, task-orchestrator, etc.
- GitHub & Repository: github-modes, pr-manager, code-review-swarm, etc.
- SPARC Methodology: sparc-coord, sparc-coder, specification, pseudocode, architecture, refinement
- Specialized Development: backend-dev, mobile-dev, ml-developer, cicd-engineer, api-docs, system-architect, etc.
- Testing & Validation: tdd-london-swarm, production-validator
- Migration & Planning: migration-planner, swarm-init

📋 COORDINATION SYSTEM
**Two Hook Systems:**
- AQE Hooks: Native TypeScript (100-500x faster, zero dependencies)
- Claude Flow Hooks: External via npx (flexible, feature-rich)

**Memory Namespaces:**
- aqe/* - Quality engineering agent state
- swarm/* - Claude Flow agent state

🚀 QUICK START EXAMPLES
**AQE Only:**
Task("Generate tests", "...", "qe-test-generator")

**Claude Flow Only:**
Task("Research agent", "...", "researcher")

**Combined Pipeline:**
[Single Message]:
  Task("Backend Developer", "...", "backend-dev")  // Claude Flow
  Task("Test Generator", "...", "qe-test-generator")  // AQE
  Task("Security Scanner", "...", "qe-security-scanner")  // AQE
  Task("Code Reviewer", "...", "reviewer")  // Claude Flow

🔧 MCP SERVERS
- agentic-qe: AQE Fleet tools (test generation, execution, quality analysis)
- claude-flow: General agent coordination and SPARC methodology
- ruv-swarm: Optional enhanced coordination
- flow-nexus: Optional cloud features

⚡ CONCURRENT EXECUTION
- GOLDEN RULE: 1 MESSAGE = ALL RELATED OPERATIONS
- TodoWrite: Batch all todos in one call
- Task tool: Spawn all agents in one message
- File operations: Batch all reads/writes/edits
- Always use appropriate subdirectories (never root folder)

📚 COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION
- 18 QE agents + 54 Claude Flow agents
- SPARC methodology integration
- Multi-Model Router (70-81% cost savings)
- Streaming progress support
- Performance benefits from both systems
- Comprehensive troubleshooting guide

💡 BEST PRACTICES
1. Use AQE agents for quality engineering tasks
2. Use Claude Flow agents for general development
3. Combine both in single workflows for full pipeline
4. Always batch operations in single messages
5. Use proper memory namespaces for coordination
6. Never save to root folder

🎯 Performance Benefits
- Claude Flow: 84.8% SWE-Bench solve rate, 2.8-4.4x speed
- AQE Fleet: 100-500x faster hooks, O(log n) algorithms, 10k+ records/sec

CLI Enhancement Analysis - Full Feature Support

Date: October 20, 2025 Status: Gap Analysis Complete Priority: HIGH - Enable users to fully utilize Phase 1 & 2 features

Executive Summary

After analyzing the current CLI implementation against all implemented features (Phase 1, Phase 2, and supporting systems), we've identified 7 critical gaps that prevent users from fully utilizing the system's capabilities.

Key Findings

✅ GOOD: We already have excellent CLI commands:

  • aqe learn - 7 learning commands (status, enable, disable, history, train, reset, export)
  • aqe patterns - 9 pattern commands (list, search, show, extract, share, delete, export, import, stats)
  • aqe memory - Memory management commands
  • aqe monitor - Monitoring and analytics

❌ GAPS: Missing critical integrations:

  1. .claude/skills folder not created during init - 45+ skills exist but not initialized
  2. No CLI commands for skills management - Users can't discover/manage skills
  3. Agent definitions don't reference skills - No skill-agent integration
  4. Improvement loop CLI missing - aqe improve commands referenced but not implemented
  5. Performance tracking CLI missing - agent.getPerformanceMetrics() not exposed
  6. Skills documentation not in CLAUDE.md - Users don't know skills exist
  7. No CLI for pattern recommendations - Can't ask "what pattern should I use?"

1. .claude/skills Folder Not Created During Init

Current State

File: src/cli/commands/init.ts:211-240

private static async createDirectoryStructure(): Promise<void> {
  const dirs = [
    '.agentic-qe',
    '.agentic-qe/config',
    // ... other dirs ...
    '.claude',              // ✅ Created
    '.claude/agents',       // ✅ Created
    // ❌ .claude/skills MISSING!
    'tests/unit',
    // ...
  ];
}

Impact: 45+ skills in project but users can't access them!

Gap Analysis

# Skills that exist in project
$ ls .claude/skills/ | wc -l
45

# But aqe init doesn't create this folder!
$ grep "\.claude/skills" src/cli/commands/init.ts
# No results

2. No CLI Commands for Skills Management

Current State

Missing: aqe skills command group

# These commands should exist but don't:
$ aqe skills list # List all available skills
$ aqe skills search <term> # Search skills by keyword
$ aqe skills show <name> # Show skill details
$ aqe skills enable <name> # Enable skill for agents
$ aqe skills disable <name># Disable skill
$ aqe skills stats # Show skill usage statistics

Gap Analysis

$ find src/cli/commands -name "*skill*"
# No results - commands don't exist!

    • Improvement loop runs successfully
  4. Documentation Coverage

    • CLAUDE.md mentions skills (YES/NO)
    • User guides exist for all features (YES/NO)
    • CLI help text is complete (YES/NO)

12. Conclusion

We have 7 critical gaps preventing users from fully utilizing the system:

  1. ✅ CLI init doesn't create .claude/skills → 45+ skills unusable
  2. ✅ No aqe skills commands → Users can't discover skills
  3. ✅ Agent definitions don't reference skills → No integration visibility
  4. ✅ No aqe improve commands → Referenced but not implemented
  5. ✅ Skills not documented in CLAUDE.md → Users don't know they exist
  6. ✅ No pattern recommendations → Users can't get AI suggestions
  7. ✅ Performance tracking not exposed → Can't see metrics via CLI

Recommended Action: Implement HIGH priority items first (3 items, 6-9 hours total) to unblock 45+ skills and enable basic skill discovery.

After Sprint 1, users will be able to:

  • ✅ Have .claude/skills folder with 45+ skills
  • ✅ Run aqe skills list to discover skills
  • ✅ Run aqe skills show <name> for details
  • ✅ See skills documented in CLAUDE.md
  • ✅ Know which skills each agent uses

This analysis provides a complete roadmap to fully support all implemented features! 🚀
