Successfully updated src/cli/commands/init.ts to generate condensed CLAUDE.md template:

• Created: src/cli/commands/init-claude-md-template.ts (99 lines)

  • Modular template function generateCondensedClaudeMd()
  • TypeScript types for configuration
  • ~57 line output (89% reduction from ~500 lines)
  • ONLY AQE-specific instructions (no project or Claude Flow rules)

• Modified: src/cli/commands/init.ts

  • Imported condensed template generator
  • Replaced inline 450-line template with function call
  • Commented out old template for reference
  • All dynamic variables preserved (topology, maxAgents, frameworks, etc.)

The condensed template includes ONLY AQE instructions:

Testing Results

Tested with aqe init --yes in /tmp/aqe-test-phase2:

✅ Generated CLAUDE.md: 57 lines (89% reduction from ~500 lines)
✅ All dynamic variables preserved (topology, maxAgents, frameworks, etc.)
✅ Links point to GitHub documentation
✅ ONLY AQE-specific instructions (no project/Claude Flow rules)
✅ Full initialization succeeded with all 19 agents, 34 skills, 8 commands
