Known Issues

1. Issue: Agent templates may not be found if package not installed

   • Status: Handled with fallback to basic agent creation
   • Workaround: Install agentic-qe package

2. Issue: Permission errors on script files

   • Status: Fixed with chmod 755 on scripts
   • Workaround: Manual chmod if needed

3. Issue: Directory exists errors on re-initialization

   • Status: Handled with fs.ensureDir() (idempotent)
   • Workaround: None needed
