Dragan Spiridonov c8e6f3bc2c test(init-gate): recalibrate self-dogfood snapshot for working TS code-intelligence ...

The #511 fix makes init's code-intelligence pre-scan actually parse AQE's own
TypeScript source (tree-sitter, no typescript dep) and persist the graph, so the
self-dogfood init now produces ~35k KG entries (was ~27k) and takes ~182s (was
~60s). Bumped expectedKgEntries 27000->34000, expectedElapsedSec 60->80 (soft cap
240s), timeoutSec 240->300. Follow-up: batch KG persistence writes to cut init time.
