Key Findings:

1. Critical complexity functions (CC>50) dropped from 14 to 12 -- the removal of v2-to-v3-migration.ts (CC=89 safeJsonParse) and cli/commands/migrate.ts eliminated 2 critical functions, while generateMethodTests and calibrateDomainQuality were newly measured at CC>50.
2. Seven files were deleted as part of the v2-to-v3 migration cleanup, including the entire init/migration/ subsystem.
3. as any casts remain at exactly 2, both in test-generator string literals (not actual unsafe casts).
4. @ts-ignore and @ts-expect-error pragmas remain completely absent -- excellent type discipline.
5. console.* calls effectively flat at 3,280 (+0.4%); the cli/ module accounts for 1,660 (expected CLI output).
6. Magic numbers improved slightly from 451 to 433, but remain a major concern.
