Agentic QE Fleet Visualization - Frontend

React-based interactive visualization dashboard for Phase 3 of the Agentic QE Fleet.

WebSocket Integration

• Connects to backend at ws://localhost:3001/ws
• Auto-reconnection on disconnect (3s delay)
