chore(release): bump version to v2.7.1 with type safety improvements

- Reduced TypeScript `any` types from 568 to 538 (63% overall reduction from 1,470)
- Fixed all 146 TypeScript compilation errors

Critical bug fixes and code quality improvements from brutal-honest-review.

1. Fixed Agent Pattern Isolation (CRITICAL)
- Added SwarmMemoryManager.queryPatternsByAgent()
