Profa 243e5cad64 fix: Replace vitest imports with jest in 44 MCP test files 
- Fixed incorrect test framework imports across MCP handler tests
- Changed 'vitest' to '@jest/globals' in all affected files
- Changed 'vi.' mock functions to 'jest.' equivalents
- Updated .gitignore to track test files in coordination/ and memory/ directories

Affected test categories:
- Coordination handlers (8 files)
- Memory handlers (10 files)
- Analysis handlers (5 files)
- Chaos handlers (4 files)
- Prediction handlers (5 files)
- Test handlers (5 files)
- Quality handlers (2 files)
- Other handlers (5 files)

This resolves CI test failures caused by missing vitest dependency.
Tests now use the correct Jest framework that is installed in the project.

Profa 436acdab20 test: comprehensive test coverage improvements for BaseAgent and TestGeneratorAgent 
This commit addresses the critical test coverage gap identified in the analysis,
improving coverage from 1.67% to an estimated 50-70% by fixing import paths and
adding comprehensive test suites for the foundation classes.

## Test Infrastructure Fixes

### Import Path Migration (328 imports fixed)
- Fixed 122 test files (66% of all tests)
- Migrated from relative imports to TypeScript path aliases
- Regular imports: 273 statements
- jest.mock() calls: 55 statements

**Configuration Updates**:
- tsconfig.json: Added 5 path aliases (@learning, @reasoning, @streaming, @routing, @memory)
- jest.config.js: Added matching moduleNameMapper entries

**Automated Tools Created**:
- scripts/fix-test-imports.py (273 imports fixed)
- scripts/fix-jest-mocks.py (55 mocks fixed)
