- Wire MinCut alert/weak-vertex persistence in MinCutHealthMonitor
- Wire healing action persistence in StrangeLoopController (ADR-047)
- Wire buildHypergraphFromIndex() in CodeIndexProtocol after index()
- Fix EmbeddingCache async init race with pending writes queue (ADR-046)
- Remove dead goap_execution_steps schema (PlanExecutor uses executed_steps)
