- Changed all `mcp__agentic_qe_v3__` → `mcp__agentic-qe__` (150 occurrences)
- Changed all `mcp__agentic_qe__` → `mcp__agentic-qe__` (187 occurrences)
- Changed all `mcp__agentic-qe-v3__` → `mcp__agentic-qe__` (8 occurrences)
- Total: 264+ tool references now use correct hyphenated format
## MCP Server Integration
- Added `agentic-qe` MCP server to `.mcp.json` for user projects
- Updated init-wizard to create `.mcp.json` at project root (not .claude/mcp.json)
- Changed from `aqe-mcp` global command to `npx @anthropics/agentic-qe mcp start`
- Fixed doubled tool names in generated CLAUDE.md
## Database Path Fix
- Fixed `findProjectRoot()` to check `AQE_PROJECT_ROOT` env var first
- Added priority: env var → .agentic-qe dir → .git dir → root package.json
- Prevents duplicate databases in monorepo subdirectories (v3/.agentic-qe/)
- All data now correctly flows to project root `.agentic-qe/memory.db`
