chore: prepare package for npm publish v1.0.0
- Add prepublishOnly script with quality checks
- Create comprehensive CHANGELOG.md for v1.0.0
- Create bin/agentic-qe symlink for CLI access
- Fix test imports and mock implementations
- Add detailed documentation for known issues
- Create installation test results documentation
- Generate npm package tarball (869KB, 528 files)
Test improvements:
- Fix memoryStore mock in TestGeneratorAgent tests
- Update fleet-manager imports to use correct types
