Profa e0cc30cb81 fix: address brutal honesty audit findings 
- Fix YAML merge bug: existing mcpServers key no longer produces
  duplicate keys — appends server entry instead of full block
- Fix docs: alwaysAllow lists for Cline/Kilo/Roo now match actual
  SAFE_AUTO_APPROVE_TOOLS (21 tools, not truncated 5)
- Fix plan table: correct config paths for Cline (.vscode/ prefix),
  Codex (.codex/ prefix), Windsurf (project-local, not global)
- Rename mislabeled E2E tests to integration (honest labeling)
- Remove unused platform-test-utils.ts (dead code)
- Add test for YAML merge with existing mcpServers key

Comprehensive guide with automated and manual setup instructions for all
supported coding agent platforms (Copilot, Cursor, Cline, Kilo Code,
Roo Code, Codex, Windsurf, Continue.dev). Includes config examples,
auto-detection, verification, and troubleshooting.

Profa ccad3cccda feat: add --with-all-platforms flag, platform CLI commands, and integration/E2E tests (Phase 3+4) 
- Add --with-all-platforms flag to init command (expands to all 8 platform flags)
- Add `aqe platform list/setup/verify` subcommands for platform management
- Add integration tests for all 8 platform installers against real temp dirs (76 tests)
- Add cross-platform E2E tests with auto-detection and round-trip verification (23 tests)
- Total: 466 platform-related tests passing

Profa ad45f3f95a test: add unit tests for Phase 2 platform installers (32 tests) 
Add tests for Codex (TOML), Windsurf (JSON), and Continue.dev (YAML)
installers covering fresh install, existing file merge, error handling,
and factory functions. Update tracking plan accordingly.

Profa eba39675e2 feat: add multi-platform coding agent support (8 new platforms) 
Add installers for GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cline, Kilo Code, Roo Code,
OpenAI Codex CLI, Windsurf, and Continue.dev. Each platform gets MCP
config generation and behavioral rules/instruction files.

- PlatformConfigGenerator handles JSON, TOML, and YAML config formats
- All installers follow the established OpenCode/Kiro pattern (ADR-025)
- CLI flags: --with-copilot, --with-cursor, --with-cline, --with-kilocode,
  --with-roocode, --with-codex, --with-windsurf, --with-continuedev
- Auto-detection in --auto mode for platforms with existing config dirs
- Merge-safe: existing configs are preserved, AQE entries are appended
- Total platform support: 11 (Claude Code + OpenCode + Kiro + 8 new)
